The room was immaculately clean, new, and recently refurbished, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our family. Despite being close to the main road, we enjoyed a surprisingly quiet stay. The pool and BBQ facilities offered great relaxation options, and nearby attractions, such as the Shepparton Art Gallery and KidsTown, enriched our family bonding moments. the staff's rudeness regarding a personal matter left a sour note. it was a decent stay, but improvements in customer service would enhance the experience significantly.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable, complete with electric blankets. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch, ensuring fresh supplies of tea, coffee, and biscuits. The hotel is conveniently located near the park and lake, making it perfect for leisurely strolls. Minimal road noise added to the tranquility, while the really good water pressure in the shower was another highlight.

The place was perfectly clean with a very very helpful and helpful staff. The location was particularly good and magnificent, for example, Victoria Park Lake was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. A large shopping center and a shopping mall were right next door. We greatly enjoyed rooms with tv.

I had a great experience at big valley. The room was really spacious and impeccably clean, making it very comfortable for my stay. I loved the big television, and it was a nice surprise to find a USB port in the power outlet. The location was perfect, close to parks and eateries, and it was nice to have a larger milk bottle in the fridge. Check-in was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed.
